Along with the loving pastoral care, in a homely and family-like environment, his personal mandate from God is to raise next generation/level of leadership within the church and to train every member to be a leader in whatsoever sphere he or she is placed in and to be an instrument of God’s glory and blessings to the people around him/her. His emphasis is on practical daily living; living a life pleasing to GOD and loving & serving His unique creation – the most lovely & precious human race.
