To become a member of Life Implication Church International, I fulfill the following requirements:

• I’ve repented of my sins, put my faith in Jesus Christ and have been baptized in water (immersion) according to Mat 28:19-20.

• I am sixteen years of age or older; and depend on my personal spiritual maturity & have understood the value & importance of Church membership taught by the pastor.  I have regularly attended services at Life Implication Church International (for at least 3 months). I have a correct understanding of the Gospel that can be communicated verbally in an elder-lead /pastoral interview.

• I am not (or do not continue as) a current or active member of any other local church body.

• Understanding CHURCH discipline, as taught in Matthew 18:15-17, I submit to this level of accountability by leaders and elders of Life Implication Church International. I am willing to commit to regular discipleship, fellowship, loving, serving, and giving at Life Implication Church International and today sign the member covenant.

 

My Role and Expectations as a Member at Life Implication Church International

 

           I,_________________________, as a member of Life Implication Church International:

 

• Commit to regular fellowship with the Church Body. Commit to discipleship within the Church Body. This includes participating in pastor/elder endorsed discipleship programs/Bible-Studies/Cell Groups, etc.

• Commit to accountability, understanding that my actions affect the entire Church Body. This includes submitting to church discipline when a sinful action has been committed, of which repentance is the proper response.

• Commit to serve in a ministry, or some capacity/as assigned by the pastor, at Life Implication Church International. I understand and accept that, I as a Christian am called to serve.

• Assume responsibility for the financial health of the church. I will give financially to the Church with joy, knowing that the giving is used to glorify Jesus Christ and proclaim His Gospel in both word and deed (Acts 2:44-47).

• Will be in consistent prayer for the Church Body, constantly praying for the needs and growth among other members.

• Commit to the study of Scripture & its application and implication in daily life; to be active in the sharing & proclaiming of my testimony.

• Will not hold/propagate membership of any other local church bilaterally/simultaneously.

• If God calls me to leave Life Implication Church International, I would surely meet with an elder/pastor to discuss the reason(s) for leaving in order to leave in good standing.
